My entry of 21,500 in Box 12 code E is being rejected even though my employer allows a catch-up provision in my 403b plan due to the 15-year rule. How can I proceed?

I had a similar problem, but downloading the latest update fixed it. I believe turbotax fixed a software glitch on April 12 that took care of this problem.
