I had a coupon code I wanted to use from my bank for $15 off. I didn't find a place to enter the code. Can you help? thanks Jon

Where did you receive the coupon?  The company should have mentioned a special site you would go to to complete your tax return.  Then, it would apply the discount at the end.  We don't accept coupon codes within the normal Turbo Tax site.

Hello, 

I received a 20% off coupon code directly from turbotax.  The flyer instructed me to go to directly to turbox.com, sign in and go from there.  There was no place for me to enter the coupon code as I was checking out.

Can you please honor the code?   I submit my return prior to the expiration date of 4/1/22.  Please email me directly for the specific code.

We are unable to email a code from this public forum.  Does it mention a "Service Code" on this flyer?  For information on where to enter the code, please see this Help Article.  It may mention a specific link you would need to visit as well where the discount would be applied at checkout.
