For 2019 you are still married. You have to file as either married filing separately, or married filing jointly (if your husband will cooperate). If you moved out in August, you did not live apart long enough to be able to file as head of household.

Part of your question got cut off. I can only see the part where you are inquiring about filing status. Your options are Married Filing Jointly (MFJ) and Married Filing Separately (MFS).
