I got an email saying my tax return was accepted by the irs but I keep getting weird calls from an 800 number saying theres an issue. Is it a scam or what??

If the IRS has a problem with your return, they will send you a letter through the US Postal Service. Ignore any calls, even if they have the name of the IRS and the Department of the Treasury's phone number for Caller ID.

If the calls continue, call the IRS and report the calls.
