I got a document from DHHS that says, Form1099-INT but in the letter attached it says, "Use the info on Form1095A to complete Form8962". Where do I find these Forms?

I can't find any of these forms on TurboTax's website. I'm also confused as to which of these actual forms I'm suppose to be using to file? They sent me a 1099-INT but, the letter is telling me to use the included info on the1095, Which they didn't give me. I could't find form 8962 on IRS.gov/aca and can't seem to get assistance they say they can provide. I'm lost. Has anyone ever had to do these forms before?

Yes, everyone who gets insurance from the Marketplace has to use those forms.

The way it works is that the Marketplace from whom you get your ACA insurance sends you a 1095-A (you should have gotten yours months ago). If you did not receive it, contact your Marketplace immediately to get a copy.

Then, after you enter the 1095-A into TurboTax, TurboTax will generate an 8962 - you don't have to do this.
