Yes, you can proceed. When you get to the Healthcare section, you only need to enter that Yes you had insurance coverage all year (if you did) and then NO "you were not covered by any of these plans in 2017". You will then get a message that says "That's all we need on your 2017 coverage"
A 1095-B is for your records only and is not entered anywhere on your return.
