I get commission at my place of employment through another company. I received a 1099-misc with box 7 filled. Does this make me self-employed?

I sell tickets for a tour company to the guests at the hotel I work for. I only do it at my place of employment, I don't do it outside of work, but the tour company pays me. TT is asking for my deductions etc but I have none, would this still be considered a business?
