I forgot my password. I can login by phone verification, but to change my password it makes me enter my old password, which I don't know. Is there a way to reset it?

On the sign in screen, you should be asked the question "Have you forgotten your password?" Taking this route, a different means of proving your identify will be used and you will not be asked to enter your old password.
