I filled out a 1099G for Federal Taxes. Now working on state taxez, do I need to enter that amount in a section titled Railroad Sick Pay and Unemployment Insurance?

Once you enter the amounts in the Federal Section they should automatically transfer to the applicable sections in your State return.  To be sure they are entered you can look on the left side of your screen if you are using TurboTax online and click where it shows "Tax Tools" and then click on "Tools" and then "View Tax Summary".

Once in the tax summary, again look to your left and click on the state return to view the state summary and you should have your answer if the amounts show.  Keep in mind that some states to not tax sick pay and/or Unemployment insurance.
