I filled one w2 and forgot to add my other one how can I go about and file the second w2

Since you already filed, you may have to amend. Please review the helpful information below. 

You Must Paper File an amendment, per the IRS you cannot E-file an Amended Return 

•  Before paper filing your amended return make sure the original has been accepted First.
•  If your return is Rejected you wont amend it, you will fix and file it again.
