I filed with another service an was rejected. Can I use turbo tax instead without any issues?

I filed with another service and I got rejected because my previous year AGI is incorrect.  After checking with last years return I found it to be the exact same amount as reported last year to the amount put in this year.  I want to use a different service(turbo tax) now after being rejected because that reason more than once even though the numbers match. Can I use this service even though I attempted to file with someone else?

Yes. Unless your return has been accepted by the IRS (yours hasn't; it's been rejected), it hasn't been filed and you can now choose any method you wish to file.
