I filed my taxes for 2016 but never finished. the problem was i had to get an IPN ID #. i never received last years

If your tax return for a prior year was rejected and never corrected, then it was not actually filed. TurboTax Online for is no longer available for prior years, however you can still file with the TurboTax CD/Download version.
