I filed my 2017 tax return through turbotax with the same account I'm using this year and it says I didn't file using turbotax. how do I fix this?

I would suggest double-checking to see if you have multiple accounts linked to your email address.  It is possible to have up to 5 accounts under one email. If this is the case, you have have inadvertently filed under a different account. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302270
