I filed married filing jointly and already submitted it, is there a way I can go back and see if my refund would have been more if I filed married filing separately?

You can create a mock ( fake return) and see if your refund would have been differently. I see you are using the desktop version so you would go to File at the top and New return. Save the return as mock return. In most cases Jointly is the best way to file. The tax rate is lower and you can take advantage of tax breaks.
