I entered the US in August 2013 on F-1 visa, and my H1B got approved in 2018 (September). How do I file my tax for the year 2018? Also I got married in 2018.

You are a US resident as of January 1, 2018. You should file a 2018 US resident return and can use TurboTax. You can file a married filing jointly tax return is your spouse is a US resident.

If your spouse is a nonresident, you can make an election to file a joint tax return. You will both need to file declaring your worldwide income for tax year 2018.
