I e-filed my Federal return and now want to mail my two state returns but I only have an option to e-file the state. I don't want to do this

Just print your states out. Do not Efile.

Go to Tools, (bottom left)

Go to Tax Tools 

click on Print Center

Click Print or view 2017 return

Choose your State return for printing.

Then, follow the directions to choose which forms you would like to include in your print out.

Note: You will be asked to pay for your program (if you upgraded) before printing.
