I dont have marketplace identifier, or the marketplace assigned policy number, the sharing ministry told me they dont send out forms, how do I complete turbotax 1095-A

Health Care Sharing Ministries do not qualify for the Premium Tax Credit. The only way to get the Premium Tax Credit is if you purchased a health insurance plan through www.healthcare.gov or your state’s Health Insurance Marketplace. You would then receive Form 1095-A - Internal Revenue Service and be able to enter it in TurboTax.
