I dont have a W2 for last year but do have a 1099-K do we still file jointly

Yes you can still file married filing jointly. It doesn't matter what kind of income you receive, W-2, 1099-MISC.

Yes you can still file married filing jointly. It doesn't matter what kind of income you receive, W-2, 1099-MISC.
