I don't want to use turbotax self employed I wasn to use tubrotax basic

I am no longer self employed.  I don't need to use the upgraded software.   I don't want to pay the extra expense

You can downgrade using the Clear & Start Over feature.

Please follow these steps:

• Sign in to your TurboTax account
• Choose Take me to my return (click on orange link)
• Click on My Account in upper right corner
• Choose Clear & Start Over
• You will be prompted to verify that you want to clear your return
• Once answered, you will be taken to TurboTax Online Products & Pricing  where you can choose the best version for your tax situation.

Note: You will remain signed in to your account through this process.
