I don't have my taxes yet to file so what do I need to do They are not complete

I only started the form with some information so when I receive my w-2 I can file but it say I cant E file then it states they are complete can I start over

Sign out and come back when you have your W-2; you should be able to go back and enter it. If you need to start over, click on the "My Account" button at the top and choose "Clear & Start Over".
