I do not need a 1095 form I was not covered by market place health. Can you help me refill without that form?

I need to re file without a1095 form. It was declared fraud that I was on market place health.

Did you already file your tax return?  If so, you will need to prepare an amended return to remove the marketplace insurance information.  Please see this link for directions on filing an amended return.

If you have not filed your tax return yet, you can make the correction in the federal interview section of the program.  

1. Log back into TurboTax and select Deductions & Credits.
2. Scroll down to the section titled Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A), and select edit.
3. On the screen titled "Here's what we have for your 1095-A," select the trash can to the right of any policy numbers listed.  This will delete the input from your return.
