I did not receive my CD. I have downloaded the 2018 version, but prefer my hard copy.

You can phone TurboTax Support on Monday and ask them if it shipped yet.  I'll tell you how below.  Or see if it shows up here in this order status tool:

The CD will always be Release 1, while the downloaded installation file will be a current release.  The download file is currently Release 4.  If you wish, you can burn the downloaded installation file to your own CD-R or other external media.  But here's how to check on the CD you ordered:

If you are an Advantage member with an annual subscription, you can use the special Advantage phone number on Monday.  To get the number, log into your Advantage account and scroll down past the Advantage FAQs.

Or you can use the form at the link below to reach general Customer Support on Monday.   Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.
