I did not receive a 1099 for $600 that I received in 2023 from my former employer. $50/month to help pay my medicare supplemental ins. Do I need to claim it as income?

I am retired; receiving this money because I was employed there for over 25 years. Is there a minimum amount that requires reporting?

If the payments you receive are a partial reimbursement of the cost of your medical insurance premiums, you don't have to report them as income, unless you were able to deduct the full amount of your insurance premiums paid as medical expenses on Schedule A or as an adjustment to income if you were self-employed last year.
