I'd not made up my mind as to whether I would file with TurboTax, but somehow it charged my card.

I entered my credit card information and it was unexpectedly charged before I got to the end of the process. I'd not made up my mind as to whether I would file with TurboTax, but somehow it charged my card. Please refund the charge until I decide whether I will file using TurboTax.

You can phone TurboTax Support during business hours to discuss any billing issues.  The FAQ below will tell you how to get a phone number or schedule a call back.  The interface will not be operational when they are closed.

When the process prompts you to describe your issue, just enter billing issue without quotes.

This is a public Internet forum.  For your own privacy and security, please do not post personal info in the public forum.  No telling who might try to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax.  

This is mainly a user community forum, and nothing account-specific can be handled here.  Please see the Answer below on how you can phone TurboTax Support to discuss your issue.

As I mentioned above, this is a user community forum, and no one will know anything about your account here.

Did you ever speak to TurboTax Support as instructed in the answer section below?   If something was refunded to your credit card account, then it should show up on your credit card statement.  If you have an issue about charges, you'll need to speak to TurboTax Customer Support by phone.

This FAQ has steps to schedule a call back and also displays a phone number.  Business hours are currently Monday-Friday from 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern.)
