I couldn't import my TD Ameritrade tax information. I've tried many times but it says unsuccessful still. I tried typing document ID lower case as well. Please help.

Also, how do I know if I have straddles or section 1256 contracts looking at the 1099 document? I am not sure. I do trade option contracts as well.
