I claimed my daughter in my tax return, due to a court agreement and was rejected , why was my tax refund rejected when all my information is correct ?

The most probable reason your return was rejected when you claimed your daughter is that she was claimed by someone else on their tax return. You should check to see if anyone else claimed your daughter and if they did have them correct their return to remove your daughter from their return and then refile your return.
