I chose to file Married filing jointly and I was not asked for my spouses income.

First go back and sign back into TurboTax.

Go to Personal Information and make sure your spouse is listed.  If not add the spouse.

Go back to the Federal Taxes section and go through the "Wages & Income" section.  If you entered your W-2 already, you would then click on "Edit/Add" tab and it should ask if you want to add a W-2 for your spouse.  Go through each income section that the spouse had income for and make sure it is added.  This should fix your situation.

When you file as Married Filing Joint, all the income each of you make will need to be reported in TurboTax.
