I cannot figure out how to begin my 2024 taxes. There are no prompts after I log in. I cannot reach a customer service rep either.

I cannot figure out how to begin my 2024 taxes. There are no prompts after I log in. I cannot reach a customer service rep either.

In TurboTax Online, click Got it in the center of the screen.

Under Select all that applied during the tax year, click next to one or two issues that apply to you. This will get you started.
