I can't seem to get a copy of my 2022 return. I was told to download the .tax file, then download TurboTax 2022 for mac. I still can't get it

the .tax file is shaded in gray and I can't upload it into TurboTax desktop for 2022 for Mac. Idk what else to do? I've been messing with all day. I need it for a loan, and I need it now.
