I can't claim my grandson as a dependent and for health insurance penalty calculation the question is if dependents are required to file 2018 tax return - Answer No?

I couldn't afford market place insurance.  In calculating the MAGI, it is asking for dependent required to file a tax return in 2018.  I don't have any qualifying dependents this year, so should I answer this question as a no?
