I CAN NOT MAKE CORRECTION TO FORM 2210, lINE D, NO MATTER WHAT I PUT THERE, IT'S ALWAYS WRONG. AND DO I REALLY NEED TO FILE FORM 2210?

You probably don't need to file Form 2210. You only have to file Form 2210 if you are asking for a penalty waiver, want to annualize your income for penalty calculations, or want o treat the federal income tax withheld from your income as paid on the dates it was actually withheld, instead of in equal amounts on the payment due dates.
