I bought turbo taz 2022 to file the previous years taxes. but i already submitted this years, what do i do? I bought turbo tax premier 2022 but what do i do with it?

Use your 2022 tax documents such as your W-2s or 1099s to file your 2022 tax return.  Unless you have items from 2022 that need to be carried over to 2023, then it will not matter that they are filed out of order.  

If the 2022 return does have items that need to carry over to the 2023 return, like capital losses for example, then you can amend the 2023 return to include the carry over information.
