I am using Turbotax Premier on a Windows desktop. I am trying to efile, and when I get to the screen that says "Want to see a copy before you efile? the program freezes

Close out of your desktop. Then reopen and let it run the updates before revisiting the File section. If that doesn't clear the issue, you can save/print for your records before initiating the File a return. Select 'print/save for your records' on the second line of options under the File menu.

This option actually lets your print, save or preview a printed copy. Save all worksheets to your pdf just in case.
