I am using 1040-SR, I owe nothing and expect nothing. I have a $1.69 loss due to Kellogg's split. Why should I pay Intuit money for Schedule D, et al?

This is no help at all.

If you don't have any taxable income, and you didn't receive a specific form that needs filing such as a 1095-A for Marketplace insurance, then you should not need to file a tax return at all.

See this TurboTax tips article for more information about who needs to file a tax return.
