I am trying to purchase an NC state tax prep disk...says "we have hit a slight snag"...tried 3 times with no success. What should I do next?
Close out of that window/tab then go back to the Turbo tax page and try again. I had to reset my password so it would not let me continue and constantly got the snag alert.
