I am trying to purchase an NC state tax prep disk...says "we have hit a slight snag"...tried 3 times with no success. What should I do next?

Close out of that window/tab then go back to the Turbo tax page and try again. I had to reset my password so it would not let me continue and constantly got the snag alert.

How would capital gains be calculated on the sale of two houses in AZ (community property state) within two years of the death of a spouse?
