I am trying to electronically import 1099 forms into TurboTax with no success. 1099-INT from Navy Federal Credit Union and 1099-DIV from Vanguard. Why not?

I am trying to electronically import 1099 forms into TurboTax with no success. 1099-INT from Navy Federal Credit Union and 1099-DIV from Vanguard. Why not?

I do not know about 1099-INT from Navy Federal Credit Union.

When I tried to download tax data from Vanguard  in early January by using TurboTax, I received a message stating that the tax data would be ready on January 29th, and  I could download 1099-DIV for my wife's mutual fund account from Vanguard.

However, I still cannot download the tax  data for my brokerage account. The Vanguard site states that the tax data for brokerage accounts will be ready in mid-February.

I have not received any printed  tax data either  for my wife's account or for my account except for 1099-R for my retirement account.

I will call Vanguard if I cannot download my tax data by February 20th.
