I am seeing a deposit in my checking account from the IRS for 4/15 that says IRS TREAS 310 REF, but I haven't filed yet, I am completing my taxes with Turbo Tax this year

It's possible someone gave the IRS the wrong bank account number when they filed their tax return.  Either that, or the bank routed it incorrectly.  Either way, you will want to contact your bank to let them know so they can retrace this deposit and correct the issue.

I checked with the bank, they said it has my name and ss # on the deposit and I would have to check with the IRS
