I am now being charged over a $100.00 when I was told I would need the Turbo Tax Deluxe at 59.99. I was not told I would need the State as well. Isn't it included?

Have the same problem, been on hold 4 hours to request refund.  This is ridiculous the be charged 44$ for a state return, when/if you download the software and install it, 59.99-69.99 you get 5 free federal, and states are 24.99.  But no they don’t tell you that.  Unsavory sell practice that duped us.  Waiting to talk to a sales manager still.

Will make another call for supervisor after the 15th.  The software led me to a solution that was misleading and over charged.  The software upon download does give free state for same price.  The software doesn’t tell you there is an alternative, yet upgrade to this and pay x dollars you get that. What it looks like you’re getting, you’re really not. It’s an unfair advantage they added in.  I know that the supervisors are seeing this, all I’m requesting is that you do what’s right.  This is wrong to do to a loyal customer.
