I am married but separated with 2 kids I pay child support can I claim 1 kid if they both live with her full time?

She is telling me that she is claiming both boys ages 17 & 18 since they live with her full-time. I feel that since I pay child support monthly I should be able to claim one while she claims the other.

If she is the custodial parent, she has the right to claim both children, unless she assigns that right to you. If she did so, you would file Form 8332 with your tax return.  Absent her agreeing to do so, you may not claim either child
