Create a new account for her. if you are signed into your account click on "My Account" at the top of the screen and sign out. It will take you to the sign in screen, at the bottom of the sign in screen click on create an account or just click here.

I selected the option to pay my state taxes out of my bank account, so why does TurboTax show it came out of my federal refund? Am I paying my state taxes twice? Why?
