I am having trouble deleting my spouse (divorced) info from the state return. It continues to take me to the page and I delete it, but it will not save. Help?

Go back to My Info (on the left menu) and click the Edit button next to your Marital Status. Change it to Single (If you are divorced as of the last day of the year, you are considered single for tax purposes). This will remove your spouse from your return. See attached. You will need to click through the screens on the State return screens after you make the change.
