I am filing for my son who passed away. Can I get the check in my name?

My non dependent son passed away in July. I am filing his taxes for his son who was not born at the time of his death. Can I get the check printed in my name?

You need to include Form 1310 in his return and complete the information called for in that form.

Is the Form 1310 on the Turbo tax site where I can fill it out online through Turbo Tax?

Many of the programs do include this form.  I am not familiar with TTPlus so I can't direct you to where it might be.  In other programs, it is in the Federal, Other Forms area.
