I am filing 2013 taxes, am self-employed and have 1099's from insurance companies. Do I need to send copies of my 1099's in with my mailed returns?

I'm filing these late and can't use efile. I am asking if I have to send copies of my 1099's when I mail in my return?

Only mail them in if they've had federal income tax withheld from them.

Otherwise, keep them for your records.
