I am doing 2017 using 2017 premier CD. Tax Payment, line 22 says I paid a 2016 estimated tax payment after 12/31/16. This is wrong. I paid all 2016 during 2016.

The dates don't really matter as long as it is not penalizing you and your return shows the correct amounts.
