I am divorced w/a daughter is fulltime student. She stayed with me less than 1month, lived fulltime w/her dad. Divorce decree this is my year to claim her? Can I?

Yes, as long as her father signs form 8332. You will still answer in TurboTax that she lived with you for 1 month. You cannot claim Head of Household for her, but you will be eligible for the $500 Other Dependent Credit if she is over 17 ($2,000 if under)
