I am being reimbursed for M&IE at a rate below the GSA rate for my locale ($59 vs. $74). Can I deduct the difference on form 2106 against SE Income?

I am serving a temporary ministry post, receiving a housing allowance from the sending agency which is not taxed for income tax purposes. I'm both an employee and self-employed for SE Tax purposes as an ordained minister.

Is the Refund Advance Loan offer still valid as of 12/18/2024? I keep seeing advertisements for it but when I look in the FAQ, it says two different things.
