I am being claimed as a dependent on my parents' return. Shouldn't the deduction on my return be $1250? Turbotax is using the full standard deduction in its calculations?

It depends.

If you have earned income such as wages or self-employed income, your standard deduction can be higher than $1,250.

This IRS document says:

Dependents – If you can be claimed as a dependent by another taxpayer, your standard deduction for 2023 is limited to the greater of: (1) $1,250, or (2) your earned income plus $400 (but the total can't be more than the basic standard deduction for your filing status).
