I am a teacher and as such do not have box five marked on my w2 how do ii fix this for turbotax

i do not have the box 5 checked on my w2 why won't turbotax realize that as i am a teacher

Enter a zero into box five and box six (as well as three and four, if necessary) TurboTax will ask if you're sure and - since you are - you say yes and you'll be able to move on.
