I am a member of a federally recognized Tribe and have IHS as a service provider. How do I enter my exemption type and code?

• Click Federal
• Click Health Insurance
• Select I'll pick and choose which months or we all had insurance or no one had it
• Click Continue
• Select the Months you had insurance and leave the months blank she did not and click continue 
• Continue through until you get to "Was anyone covered by any of these plans in 2018?" 
• Answer No and click Continue (unless someone was)
• You will come to a screen asking if any of these situations apply that may waive the penalty. Select, Indian Tribe Member or eligible for Indian Health Care
•  you will get a screen that says, the penalty has been waived.
