I am a 1099 Insurance Manager, wher do I enter sales chargebacks for income that I will not receive? I do not want to pay taxes on $20k I did not receive.

On line 2 of your Schedule C you enter that amount as returns and allowances. Keep good records.

Did you report the sales as income (this year or in an earlier year)? If not, you cannot claim the chargebacks. If you never reported the income on your tax return, you are not paying tax on it. You can't take a deduction for income that you never received and never paid tax on.
